Lebanon's Sovereignty

The UN Security Council today condemned the assassination of Pierre Gemayyel and considered it a "violation of Lebanon's sovereignty" (!?). The same Security Council did not condemn the Israeli invasion of Lebanon and did not consider it a violation of Lebanon's sovereignty.

  2. They're less than useless. Saying that Lebanon's sovereignty has been violated before anyone knows who killed Gemayel, is to claim that a Syria is behind it. (More evidence that no conspiracy theory is unacceptable if the right evildoers are implicated.)
